If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go FAR, go together.

Learning coaching skills together helps teams go fast AND far.

Nurturing a coaching culture is one of the most effective ways to increase employee engagement, enhance collaboration, achieve successful change management, and improve both employee and team performance.

In organisations where coaching is valued, 65% of staff are highly engaged (International Coaching Federation, 2020).

My coaching skills workshops are the perfect stepping off point to introduce an intentional coaching culture.

They can also help if your team feels stuck in a rut and you need support to refresh or reset how you work together.

THE LEARNING Package:

  • For teams of 4 to 20 people

  • 4 x interactive team workshops (1hr each)

  • End of term retrospective (1hr)

  • Online or in-person

  • 3 x optional 1-2-1 coaching sessions for team manager

Teams learn about the benefits of a coaching approach and develop their coaching skills.

The practical, interactive workshops feature a mix of coaching skills such as active listening, curious questions, feedback and reflection, and courageous conversations. The content will be tailored to fit with what your team needs most.

And the end of term retrospective looks at what worked for you individually and collectively, and what will you do personally and as a team to continue building on what you have learned and achieved.

There is also the option for managers take part in 1-2-1 coaching (before, during and after the block of workshops) to support them in understanding their own leadership style and explore how coaching skills could support them in their role.

Suitable for:

  • Whole teams – to improve team communication, engagement and performance. To learn the skills to move quickly and effectively, with honesty, trust and respect.

  • Groups of managers and leaders – to hone your coaching skills, explore your leadership style and improve your impact. To foster, embed and cascade a coaching approach.

“A coaching culture is a place where authentic leaders and managers help people to grow, thrive and perform through effective conversations and honest feedback, underpinned by trust.”
